This is an onsite role at our Shakopee, MN facility. Local candidates will be given priority.What You’ll Do
  • Support process engineers in developing and validating new production processes
  • Run feasibility tests and qualify production equipment
  • Collaborate on brainstorming and design reviews for new processes with the engineering team
  • Provide feedback on equipment design for functionality and ease of maintenance
  • Work with the engineering team on performance improvements in safety, yield, cost, and capacity
  • Execute trials to validate processes and document results using Excel
  • Partner with operators and the team lead to implement process and safety enhancements
  • Assist in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Help develop training materials and support operator training globally
  • Contribute to product qualification and launch activities
What You Bring (Minimum Requirements)
  • High school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
  • Willingness to travel to global production sites
  • Currently live within commutable distance of our Shakopee, MN facility
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience in fiber optic termination and splicing
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Background in new process development
  • A positive mindset and passion for automation
  • Hands-on experience in a production environment
Our salary ranges take into account a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business requirements. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a proven track record of successful performance. The expected salary range for this position is $63,800 - $78,200.You will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan.
