Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.What you will doAs a Key Component Sales Manager, you will:Drive sales of Tetra Pak processing equipment and components across the entire U.S. market across a number of key categories such as dairy, cheese, beverages, and prepared foods. Responsible for calling on, defining needs, and qualifying opportunities with new and existing accounts. Establish strategies and lead the implementation of action plans towards strategic Tetra Pak accounts. Participate in industry meetings and maintain a network of connections through social networking, industry events, and other means. Prospect and initiate business relationships with new accounts, exploring customer needs and uncovering new opportunities in the fast-growing food and beverage industry. Support and guide the product management group and coordinate cross functional activities. Prepare, deliver, and follow up on quotations to meet customer expectations. Drive an improved understanding of each customer's overall business. Develop and drive the execution of sales plans aligned to Tetra Pak's and the customers' business objectives. Ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, and the resolution is accepted by the customer. Record and follow up on opportunities in a timely fashion. Assume overall responsibility for the sale of key Tetra Pak machines and equipment to important customer accounts. Achieve sustainable growth for Tetra Pak, including by identifying and capturing business opportunities and building strong customer relationships. Act as an individual contributor who will drive sales of a large portfolio of processing components and equipment. Develop and drive execution of our strategic and operational market company plan aligned with Tetra Pak and customer business objectives.We believe you haveBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business, or Psychology, and 5 years of experience in Dairy, Liquid Foods, or Ice Cream Market sales.Must also have work experience with:1. Value based sales process including creating and executing sales plans;
2. Building relationships with C-level executives as well as hands on operators in hygienic manufacturing plants;
3. Sales or service for the following types of products: Separators, Homogenizers, Heat Exchangers, or High Shear Mixers;
4. Utilizing CRM to manage leads and sales opportunities; and
5. Understanding of dairy, liquid foods, or ice cream processes, from ingredient receiving to packaging.We Offer You
