Are you ready to join our amazing team?WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?You will be responsible for overseeing the estimation process, managing projects from start to finish, and providing training and guidance to our team members. As the Estimating Specialist, you will utilize your in-depth knowledge of the HVAC industry to accurately estimate project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and competitive bids. As the Project Management Specialist, you will be the driving force behind successful project execution. You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to develop project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will be key in coordinating all aspects of the project, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld. In addition, you will serve as a Training Specialist, providing guidance and support to our team members. You will develop and deliver training programs to ensure that our team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Residential and commercial installation experience
Design and layout experience
Basic computer software knowledge and fitting fabrication
Additionally, the following is preferred:
Ability to manage people
Ability to work with manufacturers and suppliers
