The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all field service activities, including installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance in the San Francisco bay area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical and communication skills, and be committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.Responsibilities:Install, configure, and test systems at customer locations according to specifications and proceduresPerform scheduled preventive maintenance on existing equipment and systemsDiagnose and troubleshoot equipment and system issues on-siteRepair or replace faulty components and parts as neededQuoting customers for service visitsManaging preventative maintenance agreements in the regionProvide training and guidance to customers on the proper operation and maintenance of equipmentMaintain accurate service records and documentationRespond promptly to service calls and customer requestsFollow all safety protocols and procedures when working on-siteRequirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.Proven experience in a field service environment.
