Qualifications:Responsibilities:
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
Resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with site services, hours of operations, directions, etc.
Checks in/out guests in an efficient and friendly manner.
Receive incoming telephone or alarm system calls regarding emergency and non-emergency situations.
Monitor and operate security video system to observe and detect potential issues
Report maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel.
Generate reports for theft, alarms, maintenance issues and other incidents that may occur in an efficient manner
Always maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor
Makes periodic patrols to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons
Qualifications:
Security D License Required
FL Driver's License Required
1-2 Years Security Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Ability to pass a crminial background check and drug screen
