New Hire Class begins December 2023!Our department has expanded!! What does a Call Center Representative do at Garlyn Shelton Auto Group? Answer inbound calls for 6 dealership locations and provide telephone support by connecting the caller to the appropriate person or department, scheduling or modifying service appointments, enter sales related calls. Work in close partnership with service advisors to provide appropriate information to the customer. Meet specified weekly targets and goals. Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude. Must have interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and feel comfortable learning and using scripts.Selected candidate will work Mon-Fri, alternating Saturday schedule, call center experience required.
