Pay Rate: $19.00Overview:
We are onboarding Customer Care Representatives (CCRs) in Orlando, FL to assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans. In this role, you will take inbound calls from patients of all ages, answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, mail order prescriptions, and network pharmacies. There may be occasional outbound calls, but the majority will be inbound.This is a contract role for 5 months, with potential conversion to full-time for top performers. Remote work may be available after training for onsite candidates, but not guaranteed.Day in the Life:
- Take inbound calls from patients enrolled in government programs
- Provide CSR support for prescription benefits
- Make coverage determinations and place orders through mail service pharmacy
- Answer questions regarding network pharmacies and prescription coverage
- Navigate multiple systems and computer tools simultaneously
- M-F, training M-F 8:00am–4:30pm local time
- No time off in the first 6 weeks
- Post-training, candidates can select their schedule within allowed parameters
- Full-time schedules with the option for split shifts
- 1 year of customer-facing experience (call center, retail, hospitality, military, or similar)
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications
- Must reside in Florida
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare or patient care (6+ months preferred)
- Reliability and adherence to scheduling requirements
- Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Onsite or virtual for remote locations, minimum 6 weeks
- Hands-on learning with trainers, self-paced modules, and leadership engagement from day 1
