We are looking for a vibrant Customer Service Representative to assist in Inbound Calls. This person will be assisting customers and employees on any inquiry regarding Momentum Solar.
· Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls
· Handle Customer issues with patience and poise.
· Become a Subject Matter Expert on Solar Technology and Renewable Energy
· Serve as the first level of customer service for inquiries and problems
· Use different applications to gather the necessary information and notify management
· Update company database by inputting information from each call and keeping customer fields current
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Ability to handle many different types of personalities
· Minimum of 2 years in a high volume contact center with a main focus on handling incoming calls
· Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
· Fast paced problem solver
· Computer literate with various CRM platforms and MS Office
· Excellent written and verbal customer service skills
· Ability to work various shifts and weekends when needed
· Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple departments to obtain positive end result
· Candidate must be able to work in a team environment
