- Serve as a communication liaison with internal departments/divisions and external organizations and agencies.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify long-term goals, ensuring efforts align with the organization's objectives.
- Complete technical reviews of project documents; prepare correspondence, including letters, e-mails, and Council Communications.
- Prepare Development Agreements, Intergovernmental Agreements, Roadway Annexations, and Abandonments in coordination with private developers, Town Attorney, and other stakeholders.
- Attend meetings on CIP, private development projects, and operational matters.
- Review and process requests from internal staff, residents, and developers.
- Manage projects, determine scope, track progress, and meet with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support to Senior Development Engineer, Engineering Right-of-Way Manager, and other staff, as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a closely related field.
- 4 years of related experience, including but not limited to Project Management, and or Engineering Design.
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
- Engineer-in-Training preferred, or Professional Engineer registered in the State of Arizona preferred.
