Studio Petretti Architecture seeks an architect with 6--11 years of experience to contribute to design, documentation and coordination on projects. Architects are expected to participate in a collaborative process through all phases. The ideal candidate will excel in developing strong contract documents and be adept at respectful and proactive communication.We are looking for a team member who is interested in nurturing a project from start to finish and has an interest in working in a highly collaborative atmosphere. The individual should expect to work in partnership with skilled peers. Motivated self-starters who bring a unique perspective are encouraged to apply.Requirements
  • Have demonstrated experience documenting projects using Revit as the main tool.
  • Have familiarity with permitting processes in the Pacific Northwest.
  • High proficiency in the following programs: Revit as the main project documentation tool, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, Bluebeam.
Responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and ability to engage in a collaborative process through all project phases.
  • Creating client presentations with quality graphic communication.
  • Deliver high quality work through an iterative process
  • Have a high level of emotional intelligence and be willing to give and receive feedback as a path to growth.
  • Be open to learning and exploring: project types, responsibilities, software programs.
