- Have demonstrated experience documenting projects using Revit as the main tool.
- Have familiarity with permitting processes in the Pacific Northwest.
- High proficiency in the following programs: Revit as the main project documentation tool, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, Bluebeam.
- Excellent communication and ability to engage in a collaborative process through all project phases.
- Creating client presentations with quality graphic communication.
- Deliver high quality work through an iterative process
- Have a high level of emotional intelligence and be willing to give and receive feedback as a path to growth.
- Be open to learning and exploring: project types, responsibilities, software programs.
