- Coordinate the delivery of software-based products or enhancements from planning through implementation.
- Facilitate collaboration between business users, technical developers, and enterprise architecture.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, release schedules, and delivery milestones.
- Track and report on development activities, readiness for release, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans.
- Serve as a liaison with end users for integration questions and post-deployment support planning.
- Lead or support prototyping, technical evaluations, or solution testing efforts.
- Coordinate change management, customer communications, and stakeholder training.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.
- Experience in software product lifecycle stages.
- Ability to manage feature delivery timelines and cross-team dependencies.
- Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and collaboration platforms.
- Experience with product management or development tracking tools.
- Minimum of 7 years in IT product development, engineering, or project delivery.
- At least 5 years leading cross-functional teams through complex product delivery.
- Experience coordinating software or system integration activities for the ServiceNow platform.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Communication or related field; or equivalent job-related experience.
