- Deliver Outstanding Experiences: Provide prompt, friendly service to all guests by maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring carts are readily available.
- Maintain Product Knowledge: Assist guests by offering accurate information about product locations, reinforcing our guest-first culture.
- Safeguard Company Assets: Ensure proper collection of shopping carts from the parking lot and surrounding areas, regardless of weather conditions.
- Perform Parcel Pickup: Promptly assist guests with parcel pick-up services, making their shopping experience seamless.
- Ensure Quality: Meet our quality and quantity expectations, ensuring 100% coverage by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
- Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
- Support the Team: Other duties as assigned.

- Strong Communication Skills: You enjoy communicating with guests and team members, ensuring clear and friendly interactions.
- Accuracy and Organization: Reading, counting, and writing accurately.
- Adaptability and Technical Skills: You’re ready to learn and operate the equipment needed to perform your role effectively.
- The associate must possess the ability to stand in place for long periods of time; walk in the store; bend, stoop and lift or push up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Requires fine finger and broad manual dexterity, and eye-hand-foot coordination in order to operate equipment.
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed in all weather conditions
- Weekly Pay & Premium Pay: Hourly associates are paid weekly, providing more frequent access to their funds. Part-time store associates are paid a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays. Hourly full-time store associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays.
- Two-Week Advanced Scheduling: Better Planning. Better Balance. We provide our associates with their schedules two weeks in advance, offering greater predictability & flexibility.
