The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience supporting a very busy HNW executive in all things administrative, understanding the “high touch” mentality necessary to flawlessly execute tasks large and small, preferably in the investment/finance space. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who describes themselves as energetic, pro-active and trustworthy, thriving and getting satisfaction by taking as much off the principal’s plate as possible to focus on the big picture and be a trusted member of the family.About the Job:¨ Support the Founder as a true “right hand” with all day-to-day matters including managing an ever- changing calendar, scheduling meetings, personal and professional¨ Prioritize emails and craft responses on his behalf¨ Organize domestic/international travel arrangements with detailed itineraries, personal and professional¨ Interact with key stakeholders with grace and diplomacy: craft correspondence on his behalf¨ Prepare Founder for meetings including research on companies and needed collateral materials¨ Expense reporting¨ Be a conduit to Property Managers for multiple properties in the US¨ Plan events dinners, personal and professional¨ Personal work; run errands¨ Ad hoc projects¨ Off hour availability via cell, within reasonAbout You:¨ A minimum of 8 years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant supporting a high level, HNW executive at an investment/finance firm¨ Bachelor’s Degree¨ Very detail oriented and organized with exceptional project management skills and business acumen¨ High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information; high emotional and intellectual intelligence¨ Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills; tech savvy¨ Excellent written and verbal communication skills¨ A “youthful “spirit that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with a “no job too small “attitude¨ Salary, Discretionary Bonus, Comprehensive Health Benefits
