This includes review and verification of refinery records and update of spec sheets to ensure accurate equipment information is maintained in accordance with PSI and PSM requirements.Our TeamWe are a dedicated team of records data management professionals with the common goal of providing the highest level of accuracy in asset records management to the refinery. We manage over 300,000 equipment assets (including fixed, rotating, electrical, and instruments) inside the plant and are responsible for nearly 141,000 living documents that represent those pieces of equipment.What You Will Do
  • Support Instrument personnel (IRTG and Technicians) as a subject matter expert for instrument data management tools including SPI and the SPI/EAM interface.
  • Review, verify deliverables for process safety information completeness, and resolve discrepancies, if any, between existing records and the information provided for the update.
  • Steward and innovate instrumentation data management work processes.
  • Assign new instrument tags, create new or update existing instrument data sheets in asset management system(s).
  • Process project deliverables and management of change action plans.
  • Provide assistance and research for customers.
  • Work as a team and provide backup support to other team members as necessary to contribute to Equipment Record group objectives.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Strong technical capability to use data to create and evolve instrument data & health metrics.
  • Instrumentation knowledge and/or experience
  • Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Access)
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience in refinery or process plant.
  • Data analysis experience (database querying, spreadsheet, pivot table, & Power BI)
