- 🦺 Following safety procedures & wearing PPE
- 🗣️ Communicating with your team to hit goals
- 📏 Reading production orders for specs like size & color
- 🪚 Operating saws, drills, punches & routers
- 🔩 Assembling insulated glass panels & installing hardware
- 🔍 Inspecting products for top-notch quality
- 📦 Packaging finished units for shipment
- 🧠 Problem-solving & continuous improvement
- 🧹 Keeping your workspace clean & organized
- 📌 Performing other duties as needed
- 📘 Ability to read and follow work instructions & production orders
- ➕ Basic math skills (whole numbers, fractions, decimals)
- 📏 Able to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch
- 🏋️♀️ Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- 🚶♂️ Stand and move frequently during repetitive tasks
- 🤝 Team-oriented with strong attendance & reliability
