- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies for Business graduate programs.
- Represent Dominican at graduate fairs, employer visits, and virtual/in-person events, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Cultivate relationships with prospective students, including international and military-affiliated candidates, to support a diverse and inclusive applicant pool.
- Coordinate with the Global Education Office to support international applicants and ensure visa compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing timely, personalized guidance via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person sessions.
- Conduct interviews and information sessions to assess applicant fit and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with program directors and faculty to stay informed on curriculum, career pathways, and industry trends.
- Manage the admissions funnel using Slate CRM, ensuring accurate data tracking, timely follow-up, and strategic communication.
- Review applications, participate in admissions committee meetings, and contribute to scholarship recommendations.
- Analyze funnel performance and contribute to enrollment forecasting and reporting.
- Lead planning and logistics for recruitment events, including open houses, webinars, and orientation.
- Partner with Enrollment Communications and Marketing to develop program-specific messaging, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Maintain a comprehensive calendar of Business program events and outreach activities.
- Maintain strong working relationships with the Graduate Career Center, Business program directors, and other campus partners.
- Represent Dominican with professionalism and warmth across all outreach and engagement efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, advising, sales, or related roles.
- Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills; ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented and proactive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems (preferably Slate), and social media platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; and occasional domestic travel required.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to represent academic programs at professional events, conferences, or community forums.
- Master's degree in business, education, or related field.
- Experience with graduate business program recruitment or advising.
- Experience in employer relations, corporate outreach, or partnership development.
- Familiarity with Bay Area business landscape and workforce development trends.
- Familiarity with international admissions and military-affiliated student support.
