**Strong opportunity to work Government Projects with one of the nations most well known General Contractors** Our client is looking for someone to join their team in Falls Church, VA and work government projects through DC Metro. Candidate should have 5+ years experience running projects, and should have federal government experience with jobs $10M+
  • Manage government projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety and quality requirements.
  • Travel nationally as needed to oversee projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience managing government projects, preferably with federal government jobs $10M+.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from cradle to grave.
  • Experience with GSA, Fairfax County, and Loudoun County projects preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally as needed.
