- Manage government projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety and quality requirements.
- Travel nationally as needed to oversee projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing government projects, preferably with federal government jobs $10M+.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from cradle to grave.
- Experience with GSA, Fairfax County, and Loudoun County projects preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel nationally as needed.
