- Lead the strategy and execution of enterprise-wide technology service optimization, including full lifecycle oversight of software and hardware.
- Architect integrations between identity management, IT service systems, and business applications to automate provisioning, deprovisioning, and license reclamation.
- Design and implement automated workflows that reduce manual effort, eliminate waste, and improve service quality.
- Leverage identity and agent-based platforms to enable reclaiming and redeploying unused or underutilized licenses and assets.
- Collaborate with identity and engineering teams to connect disparate systems via APIs, scripting, and automation tools for end-to-end efficiency.
- Align IT governance with compliance and security compliance.
- Direct initiatives to clean and maintain accurate asset data across systems through automated validation and reconciliation.
- Deliver actionable reporting and dashboards that highlight license utilization, hardware inventory, and compliance status.
- Lead and develop a small skilled team responsible for operational execution.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with technology, security, finance, vendor management, and business leaders to ensure goals are aligned.
- Serve as a thought leader on integrating, reclamation, automation, and lifecycle management into a cohesive strategy.
- 8+ years in IT, with experience in identity management, cloud engineering or network engineering.
- Hands-on expertise with SailPoint (architect-level understanding strongly preferred) or Meraki, Palo Alto, Silverpeak technologies
- Proven ability to design and implement automated workflows using APIs, scripting, or low-code tools.
- Broad understanding of software licensing models, hardware lifecycle management, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience leading teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in license reclamation and optimization programs.
