
BPA Program Manager

- Overall responsibility for contract activities, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, staffing, reporting, and scheduling.
- Provide leadership and assign taskings to Contractor personnel, managing performance across all TOs.
- Serve as the ultimate authority to commit the organization and respond to Government concerns.
- Proactively alert the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues.
- Supervise operations encompassing user and network systems integration.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through QA processes, complaint tracking, and quality control programs.
- Maintain responsibility for manpower utilization, training, problem resolution, and employee relations.
- Interface with senior Government officials on program performance and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with audits (financial, assessment, and authorization).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of program management experience, including at least 7 years in an enterprise IT environment.
- PMP or PgMP certification at the time of proposal submission.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex IT architectures with multiple systems, databases, and managed services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven leadership in quality assurance, workforce management, and Government audits.
