
Clinical Ops Project Manager

- Lead high-priority clinical and operational projects using structured methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC).
- Serve as liaison among leadership, frontline teams, physicians, and administrators.
- Develop and manage project charters, scopes, timelines, risks, and metrics.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary improvement efforts and ensure sustainability.
- Collaborate with CNEO and executive nursing leadership team on service line structures and operational strategies. Support budgeting, capital planning and financial performance tracking.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and executive documentation.
- Lead leadership onboarding and alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive care model redesign and administrative optimization efforts.
- Conduct assessments and root cause analyses.
- Manage special projects to improve quality, reduce LOS, and increase engagement. Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements including policy and procedure development/ revision.
- Promote safety, infection control, and patient-centered practices.
- Uphold Dignity Health’s mission, vision, and ethical standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business, or related field required. Master's preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of project management in healthcare/ clinical operations.
- Background in hospital operations, service line transformation, or system-level change.
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Clinical licensure (e.g., RN) is advantageous.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and influence across levels.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and high-reliability practices.
