Senior Data AnalystAs a Senior Data Analyst, you will champion the use of data analytics across the organization, partnering with business stakeholders to transform complex questions into actionable insights through dashboards and reports. You'll play a key role in maintaining the production reporting framework and influencing strategic decisions through data. This role reports directly to the Manager, Data Analytics, and collaborates with senior leaders across departments to drive the adoption of analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.Essential Functions
  • Serve as a data analytics advocate, promoting the value of analytics products across the organization.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to identify new use cases and provide training on analytics tools.
  • Design and deliver high-impact dashboards and reports using Power BI and other analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the integration of AI-driven solutions into analytics workflows and reporting processes.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning models to enhance data insights, automate reporting, and improve decision-making.
  • Write and maintain ETL packages using Azure Data Factory to support data integration and transformation needs.
  • Manage and maintain the Data Analytics Report Catalog, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and eliminating redundancy.
  • Ensure all analytics documentation is current and accessible.
  • Develop and enforce standards for dashboard development and documentation.
  • Monitor and improve data quality, ensuring accuracy and availability for key stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementation of an enterprise data governance program.
  • Collaborate with data product owners and stewards to ensure alignment with governance standards.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to data stewards and business users across the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Proven ability to lead process improvements and challenge the status quo.
  • Strong communication and change-management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and actionable insights.
  • Skilled in synthesizing complex discussions into clear, actionable outcomes.
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical audiences in various settings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or business analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience in process design or improvement.
  • 5+ years of experience working with executive stakeholders (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries and performing data analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Experience with cloud and on-prem Data Warehouse technologies (Azure, Snowflake, etc).
  • Experience in DAX and VBA.
Hours and Travel
  • This is a full-time remote position, but some very limited travel may be necessary
  • A typical work week is Monday through Friday
  • Flexible hours required to implement strategy, enterprise initiatives, and execute deliverables
  • Must be flexible in coming in early, working late, or during non-work hours as needed
The anticipated salary range for Senior Data Analyst is $97,750 to $115,000. The final salary offered may vary and will be determined based on factors such as the job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education of the successful candidate.
