Sales Generation: Actively seek out and engage potential customers (contractors, builders, homeowners) to present our range of kitchen cabinet solutions, fostering relationships and generating sales leads.
Client Consultation: Understand client needs, preferences, and budgetary considerations to recommend suitable kitchen cabinet designs and solutions.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our kitchen cabinet product line, including materials, finishes, hardware, and customization options, to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
Quoting and Proposals: Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for clients, detailing pricing, specifications, and timelines, ensuring clarity and alignment with customer requirements.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and prospects in CRM systems, providing regular reports and updates to the sales manager.Requirements:
Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, 4+ years in the kitchen design, cabinetry, or related home improvement industry with proven success growing commercial/multifamily accounts
Cabinet Knowledge or Experience: Essential requirement includes a solid understanding or prior experience in cabinets or related fields, demonstrating familiarity with industry-specific terminology, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets.
