- Design, develop, optimize and qualify analytical methods for characterization and release of protein products
- Work closely with scientific staff to execute laboratory experiments in support of development and qualification of biochemical assays
- Analyze and interpret analytical data, proactively troubleshoot and investigate issues arising during method development and qualification
- Write/review method development and qualification summary reports, SOPs and forms
- BS degree in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or related discipline with 1+ years of experience. Or MS degree in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or related discipline with 0+ years of experience.
- Hands on experience with chromatography and/or capillary electrophoresis methods
- Hands on experience with chromatography/CE data systems such as Empower, OpenLab, 32 Karat
- Familiarity with one/more techniques such as ELISA, enzymatic activity assay, electrophoresis techniques, qPCR
- Skilled in experimental design, analysis and interpretation of analytical data
- Working with large molecules such as proteins, RNA, or DNA
- cGMP and understanding of other pharmaceutical regulations
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite
