As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.As a Technical Infrastructure (TI) and Cloud Capacity Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating across Google’s Engineering teams to solve challenging and novel problems in service management. You will work directly with Google’s supply chain, data center infrastructure, networking, and software engineering teams to design and deliver the future state of resource management within Google. This will include the identification of service efficiency at Google, the balancing of resource distribution against reliability and supply chain capabilities, data center infrastructure, shared service, and budgetary constraints, and the implementation of tools and policies to optimize resource management across the entire engineering stack at Google.Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.   • Support operations and analytic projects related to the allocation and budgeting of internal infrastructure resources and driving efficiency programs.
  • Manage capacity management day to day operations to ensure the reliability of Google Cloud products, including submitting CLs, diving into technical details/architecture, and supporting engineering requests for infrastructure resources.
  • Support systems modeling, supply chain management, and capacity planning needs for infrastructure resources.
  • Play a key role in the advancement of strategy, policy, and supporting tools for operations, and provide systems development as well as requirements documentation.
  • Work with partner teams to launch and deliver projects related to data architecture and process re-design around demand and supply-side infrastructure resource management.
