- Determines elevations and laying out stakes for construction surveys.
- Calls out reading and/or directs helpers to write station numbers and readings on grade stakes.
- Marks points of measurement with elevation, station number, or other identifying mark.
- Directs placements of stakes at designated points
- Enforces and Abides by all safety regulations.
- Drivers License with Clean Driving record required!
- Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
- 1 year of prior surveying experience as Party Chief/Foreman required or 8 years' experience as a senior rodman with knowledge and ability to operator survey equipment.
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
- Ability to pick up on new tasks quickly.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
- Self-motivated - able to work without requiring close supervision.
- Must pass pre-employment drug-screening.
- Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours as needed.
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
- Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration requirement.
- Must be Drug Free and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and possess a Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
