**This is NOT a marketing position**Franbassador is a leading influencer marketing company specializing in driving awareness of franchise opportunities through a network of influencers and affiliates. Our innovative approach connects franchise brands with a dynamic community, creating mutually beneficial partnerships that drive business growth.Franbassador is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Brand Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with franchise brands, overseeing the Franbassador Studio app as it relates to the brand's satisfaction, and ensuring the success of our brands in our network. Additionally, you will oversee a Franchise Development Manager, who is responsible for the nurturing & development systems for candidates being brought to the brands in your portfolio.Responsibilities
  • Recruiting: Bring new Franchise brands into your portfolio through recruiting efforts. These may include occasional trade shows, expos, linkedIn messaging, emails, calls or networking of various types.
  • ​Franchise Brand Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise brands to understand their goals and objectives. Collaborate with brands to create effective influencer marketing strategies that align with their franchise development initiatives.
  • Franbassador Studio Management: Oversee the Franbassador app as it relates to the brand's experience. Proactively communicate with IT to initiate improvements and necessary tweaks to satisfy brand on-going needs.
  • Performance Optimization: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align franchise development efforts with influencer marketing campaigns.
  • ​Brand Recruitment: Effectively communicate the Franbassador value proposition to existing & emerging franchise brands. Thoroughly understand and demonstrate the impact Franbassador will have on the brands' candidate acquisition cost, marketing spend & expansion efforts.
  • ​Success Metrics Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics for brands & prospective candidates, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for growth. Collaborate with internal teams to share insights that contribute to the overall success of brands and the platform.
  • Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new franchise brands joining Franbassador. Understand brand requirements and objectives, ensuring a smooth integration into the Franbassador ecosystem and a successful pairing with relevant ambassadors
PayWages earned come from the performance of the team as a whole including your position.
We do not pay a salary at this time but expect to within 6 months.Pay: $69,000-$116,000
- Commissions for each brand you bring on
- Commissions on Franchise Development Sales
- Plus residual payouts after 12 months
- Plus bonuses on company profitabilityQualifications
  • 5+ years of Franchise Development Experience
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, brand management, or franchise development.
  • ​Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies.
  • ​Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ​Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • ​Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
