- Assume roles such as preparing bids, proposals, and design drawings
- Use computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite, SWMM, HEC/RAS, and Civil 3D. Proficiency in MicroStation is a plus
- Prepare technical specifications and permit submittals
- Provide assistance in bid services and construction monitoring
- Assist with diverse project types: Roadway, Site/Grading, Water & Sewer utilities, Lift Stations, Stormwater Management
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent engineering degree from an accredited college/university
- Accumulate a minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering and site design
- Advantageous to have experience in Federal projects
- Required Professional Engineer licensure
- Demonstrated experience in securing necessary construction permits, including those for sediment and erosion control, coastal stormwater, and water/wastewater
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff across multiple office locations
- Exhibit effective time-management, written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable about specific requirements impacting nearby coastal communities
- Capable of obtaining Military Base access
- Willingness to travel to project sites
- Base Salary starting at $95-$130k
