As an Implementation Manager, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through the onboarding and implementation of our AI-Driven servicing solutions, ensuring a seamless transition while maximizing value from our technology.This role requires a skilled communicator and project manager who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors. You will lead project timelines, coordinate resources, and manage client expectations to deliver successful implementation processes, while also monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise.The Implementation Manager will work closely with internal development and operational teams to tailor our solutions to meet specific client needs, ensuring that all components are functioning optimally before going live. This position is vital in ensuring that clients can leverage our advanced AI technology effectively to enhance their loan servicing operations.RequirementsProject Management & Client Engagement
  • Lead end-to-end client implementation projects for AI-driven servicing solutions, from kickoff to go-live.
  • Establish clear project objectives and milestones, creating a detailed project plan that outlines deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring excellent communication and relationship management.
Technical Proficiency & Solution Customization
  • Work closely with technical teams to adapt and configure AI-enabled functionalities to meet specific client requirements.
  • Supervise system integrations and data migrations to guarantee data integrity and successful onboarding.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure clients fully understand and are trained on system capabilities.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Compliance, and Engineering teams to ensure solutions meet quality and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and escalate any technical or operational issues quickly for swift resolution.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and project timelines.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor implementation processes and adjust strategies to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Gather client feedback post-implementation to identify areas for improvement and inform future development.
  • Conduct post-launch evaluation and support clients as they transition to operational usage of the solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or implementation roles related to software or technology solutions.
  • Experience in the financial or loan servicing industry is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
  • Understanding of AI technologies and their applications in loan servicing or financial services.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
