We specialize in building high-quality sunrooms, screen enclosures, and custom outdoor living spaces.If you have residential construction experience and enjoy working with your hands in a team-focused environment, this is a great opportunity to join a company known for craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Install sunrooms, screen rooms, and patio enclosures according to project plans and specificationsFrame, assemble, and finish aluminum and/or glass structuresRead and interpret blueprints and work ordersUse hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and accuratelyEnsure projects are completed on time, to code, and to quality standardsMaintain a clean and organized work siteCommunicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, and customersLoad, unload, and transport materials to job sites as neededRequirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction or installationExperience working with aluminum framing, windows, and enclosures preferredAbility to read blueprints and follow installation instructionsStrong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to lift 75 lbs., work at heights, and operate standard construction toolsReliable transportation to report to our office each morningValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordMust be punctual, dependable, and work well with othersMust pass a drug screening – we are a drug-free workplaceWork Schedule & Compensation:Full-time, in-field positionSchedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (4-day workweek)Pay range: $20 – $28 per hour, based on experience and skill levelFull insurance benefits available (medical, dental, vision, etc.)Opportunity for advancement based on performanceApply today to join a company that values quality, professionalism, and long-term success in the construction industry.
