We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager (EPM) to join our growing Self-Perform team in Kings Bay, Georgia. In this role, you will oversee all electrical aspects of multiple projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. You will be responsible for production tracking, financial accountability, and cost management throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage electrical project scopes from design to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards.Develop and track project schedules, monitor labor and material projections, and ensure resources are optimally allocated to meet project milestones.Maintain financial accountability by managing project budgets, tracking costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.Provide leadership and direction to project teams, maintaining a focus on clear communication and collaboration to achieve project goals.Ensure compliance with DoD standards, project specifications, and safety regulations, and manage change orders as required.Qualifications:Education: BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience:Minimum of 4 years as an Electrical Project Manager with experience managing projects of at least $500,000 in scope.3+ years working with DoD project structures and 5+ years as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager in the electrical construction industry.Certifications:Unexpired U.S. Passport required for site visits and on-base work.CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications (training available).LEED GA or AP preferred.Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Familiarity with project management software such as Primavera 3/6, Autodesk, BIM, and Revit preferred.Key Competencies:Proven expertise in production tracking, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project milestones.Strong ability to create accurate labor and material projections and adjust forecasts as necessary to optimize project performance.Solid financial management skills, with experience in tracking project costs, managing budgets, and ensuring financial accountability.Ability to anticipate risks and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and maintain client relationships.Why RQC?At RQC, we provide a supportive and dynamic work environment with extensive opportunities for career development.
