If you're committed to making a difference in the lives of students with special needs and helping them achieve academic success, we want to hear from you!About the Role: As an Academic Tutor with ASD Experience at Tutor Me Education, you’ll provide personalized, one-on-one tutoring to students with special needs in their homes. You will be responsible for helping students with daily activities, offering moral support, and delivering tailored instruction based on their Individualized Education Plan (IEP).We are currently hiring for multiple positions across all cities in Atherton. CADetails:

In-Person Tutoring in Atherton, CA
Schedule: Weekdays 3pm onwards
Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Ideal Candidate:

Must have prior experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Background in special education, elementary education, or speech/language support
Confident planning lessons independently and working without direct supervision
Warm, consistent, and able to set clear boundaries
Male candidates strongly preferred per family request
Interest in cars/sports cars is a plus

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized instruction in reading fluency, comprehension, math, and writing
Integrate language and communication support into lessons
Plan and adapt lessons based on students’s academic level and learning needs
Conduct an initial academic assessment to establish baseline skills
Engage students using their interests (especially cars and sports cars) as motivation
Maintain a positive, structured, and firm-but-friendly teaching style
