- Lead the development of presentation documents and make design presentations to Clients.
- Prepare construction documents in coordination with multi-discipline project team of architects, engineers and consultants.
- Communicate and work in coordination with and oversight of the architect and senior program manager.
- Quality control work before submitting to manager as complete.
- Meet with product vendors to review specific products to be incorporated into the projects.
- Perform code reviews and meet independently with local code officials to review and determine specific local code requirements and project compliance.
- Perform bid phase and construction phase tasks including site visits, review of shop drawings, responding to requests for information, and issuing clarifications.
- Degree in architecture required from an architecturally accredited university. Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience in architecture preferred.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to research to provide options and solutions
- Must have a cursory knowledge of all phases of architectural practice.
- Must be proficient with AutoCAD & Revit. Proficiency in Sketchup, Photoshop and other imaging and rendering software preferred.
- Registered with NCARB Intern Development and AXP program with a pathway toward architectural registration.
- Must be willing and able to travel to other office and project locations with the oversight of a Project Leader / Manager.
