  • Lead the development of presentation documents and make design presentations to Clients.
  • Prepare construction documents in coordination with multi-discipline project team of architects, engineers and consultants.
  • Communicate and work in coordination with and oversight of the architect and senior program manager.
  • Quality control work before submitting to manager as complete.
  • Meet with product vendors to review specific products to be incorporated into the projects.
  • Perform code reviews and meet independently with local code officials to review and determine specific local code requirements and project compliance.
  • Perform bid phase and construction phase tasks including site visits, review of shop drawings, responding to requests for information, and issuing clarifications.
The Skills, Knowledge and Abilities We Seek
  • Degree in architecture required from an architecturally accredited university. Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in architecture preferred.
  • An enthusiastic desire to learn and work in a collaborative team environment
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to research to provide options and solutions
  • Must have a cursory knowledge of all phases of architectural practice.
  • Must be proficient with AutoCAD & Revit. Proficiency in Sketchup, Photoshop and other imaging and rendering software preferred.
  • Registered with NCARB Intern Development and AXP program with a pathway toward architectural registration.
  • Must be willing and able to travel to other office and project locations with the oversight of a Project Leader / Manager.
The pay range for this role is $60,000-$80,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
