This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to build your resume, develop key skills like public speaking and leadership, and make a lasting impact on students’ lives.This is a seasonal contract role, with contracts beginning in October/November and paid development training occurring during the remainder of Fall Semester and over Winter Break.   • Teach engaging and impactful in-person lessons using MasteryPrep's curriculum for standardized exams like the ACT and SAT.
  • Inspire and motivate students with dynamic and interactive presentations that bring test prep content to life.
  • Cover a variety of subject areas, focusing on specific strategies that are proven to help students succeed.
  • Travel to various high schools in your area for in-person instruction, with all travel accommodations provided by MasteryPrep.
Requirements- Must be currently enrolled in a college or university program- Minimum ACT score of 26 or SAT score of 1200- Engaging and dynamic presentation style, comfortable speaking in front of large groups- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for helping others- Positive attitude, enthusiasm for education, and a desire to make a difference- Strong organizational and time management skills- Availability to attend training sessions starting in October (paid) and deliver instruction starting in January/February- Willingness to travel locally for in-person instruction- A valid U.S. driver's license and access to a personal vehicle- Currently residing in FL, LA, NC, TN, or TX- Compassion for all learners, including those from diverse backgrounds and with different learning styles- Deep belief in the potential of all students and a passion for MasteryPrep’s missionBenefitsThis is a 1099 contract position. Most events pay $250 per day for in-person instruction.
