Lead the material handlers and inventory clerks. Support operations with internal customers and follow internal regulations.What will you be doing?Support activities related to warehouse and related projectsMonitor activity execution of the materials handlers and inventory clerksDevelop new improvement projectsOptimize space, and secure the quality and integrity of the partsControl inventories and accuracy of the physical and system countMonitor material preparation to support manufacturing orders, complete and on timeResponsible for safety in the area and with the use of material handling equipmentensure that procedures are followed, simplified and improvedcontinuous improvement of the warehouse processes, systems and ways of workingKeep Supermarket, kanban and or supply systems updated and optimizedFollow all regulatory proceduresFollow all HSE regulationsFollow people management policiesResponsible to keep safe and track all required information and documentsWhat will you need to be successful?Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related fields5+ years in warehouse, inventory, or logistics roles within regulated manufacturing, preferably medical devices.Proven leadership of warehouse teams (e.g., material handlers, inventory clerks), with strong execution oversight.Experience driving process improvement projects in space utilization, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.Proficient in WMS and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Hands-on experience with kanban, supermarket systems, and lean material flow.
