Bravo Restoration & Construction (BRC) is a purpose-driven restoration company serving Sonoma County and the North Bay. We help people on their worst days with water damage, mold, and bio-hazard cleanup by doing the right thing, fast, and with pride. We’re hiring a Field Technician who shows up on time, communicates well, keeps things clean and safe, and learns quickly. You’ll use modern apps (QuickBooks Time/Tsheets, CRM), get paid training, and have a clear path to Lead Tech. Responsibilities: • Show up ready: 7:30 AM daily huddle; clean uniform (black pants, work boots, Bravo/black shirt); groomed for respirator seal; clock in via Tsheets. • Truck & tools: Keep vehicle clean/stocked, fuel as needed, confirm tools are clean/working; report missing/broken before leaving the shop. • Customer care: Call homeowner with ETA; greet respectfully; lay floor protection/booties; maintain a clean, safe site. • Mitigation work: Demo affected materials, set containment with proper negative pressure, place/tape cords safely, set/monitor equipment (dehus, air movers, scrubbers), ensure proper drainage (sink or large black tub). • Documentation: Midday progress update to coordinator; upload notes/photos to CRM; accurate timekeeping in Tsheets. • End-of-day: Clean job site, say goodbye to customer, empty truck trash, organize materials, report vehicle issues, clock out at the shop. Qualifications: • Dependable, punctual, organized, and obsessively clean with vehicles and work areas. • Great communicator with customers, teammates, and coordinators. • Tech-comfortable: mobile apps for time, photos, notes (Tsheets, CRM, ProAssist). • Able to lift 50+ lbs, bend/kneel/crawl, and work in PPE/containments; pass respirator fit test (must maintain a proper seal). • Valid driver’s license and reliable commute to our Windsor/Sonoma County shop. • Nice to have: Restoration/construction/janitorial/facilities experience; IICRC (WTR/FSRT/AMRT) or eagerness to earn them quickly.
