Summary: St. Elizabeth is looking for OB coverage for locums coverage starting Sept 2025. Ongoing dates will be available as soon as December 2025 is released.

EMR Required Training:
  • Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
  • EMR Virtual training - Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual EMR training must be scheduled prior to the providers first day, to avoid the provider missing their first day.
  • All candidates must complete the following EMR questionnaire and detail it in the notes section of the candidates submission at time of presentation.
  • What are the # of years of epic experience they have?
  • When was the last time (MM/YYYY) that they used Epic?
  • What is the name of the last facility the provider used EPIC?
  • Can you provide me with a photo large enough to add to a badge and not become pixelated? - Please add photo to documents section.

Travel Preferences:
  • Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels: Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, Fort Morgan Or Hampton Inn, Fort Morgan. Must ask for corporate rate when booking. No other lodging sites will be approved.
  • Air Travel: Acceptable, will put preference on candidates who are local.
  • Please detail any anticipated travel exceptions, for example a dietary restriction necessitating specific lodging situations. Travel exception requests will be denied if this information is not part of the provider presentation. Please also indicate the city where provider will be traveling from in the travel section of the provider submission.
Credentialing Information:

  • How many patients per day will there be? I see there are types of patients seen but needing clarification on the amount of patients per day? This is for hospital call only so it is hard to determine how many patients they may see. All depends on how many moms are due to deliver.
  • How many deliveries per month? 15 deliveries per month.
  • Will there be surgery and urology back up? General surgery 24/7, Minimal urology - 2 days per week.
Requirement description :
  • Board Certified OBGYN - Required
  • Active CO license - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
  • Active BLS - Required for credentialing
  • Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
  • Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required
  • Candidate must be available for any of the stints detailed in the job description and detail all shifts they can cover through Nov 2025 to be considered for ongoing dates - Required
  • Candidates must detail the # of shifts per month ongoing they can offer to the site - Required
  • Clean MP/Background - Required for quick credentialing, candidates who present with a self inquiry NPDB report will be placed in priority over those that do not include this.
