1st Shift 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri and weekends when needed
Ensure compliance to corporate policy, processes and work instructions in both logistics and packaging.
Maintains Logistic Department standard work documentation.
Ensure organization and flow of all production parts as required.
WMS (Warehouse Management System) key user - SAP shipping expert.
Organization of internal warehouses as well as outside dunnage storage area.
Work closely with Packaging Engineers for efficient and cost savings opportunities in all packaging concepts.
Work closely with Suppliers and Customers to ensure the most efficient packaging concepts are approved to maximize RA Warehouse space.
Scouting of innovations (technologies/ supplier), delivering the latest market opportunities.
Maintain standard work documentation and maintains SAP data integrity on all packaging solutions.
Responsible for defining logistical movement in the handling of new projects.
Implementation of KPI's and goals in logistics department.
Ensure tracking and visual management of KPI's and goals.

Knowledge of customer specific requirements (CSR) necessary through advanced training, or work experience or a combination of the two.

4 year degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED required
5+ years experience in progressive logistics positions primary focus on transportation and packaging
Must have comprehensive understanding of logistics, both domestic and international
Polished, professional maturity with strong, communication skills in both oral and written modes
Membership in related professional organizations encouraged
