Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on.Position ResponsibilitiesDirect day-to-day operations of the Collections Department, providing guidance and development for accounts receivable leaders.Oversee the department’s most delinquent balances by managing pre-collection and third-party agency processes.Manage vendor relationships including collection agencies and software partners.Review collection key performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness of policies and procedures and identify improvements.Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-backed strategies to reduce bad debt and increase efficiency.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
