We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically adept Contracts Operations Specialist to support our contracting process from scoping through execution. In this role, you will help overcome technical hurdles, develop compliance measures within the Salesforce ecosystem, and drive process improvements for contract generation and lifecycle management. You will work closely with a high-performing team leveraging Conga CPQ and CLM systems to streamline operations and ensure business success.What You’ll Do
- Assist in resolving technical challenges during contract scoping, negotiations, and execution.
- Design and implement compliance measures to strengthen contract organization within Salesforce.
- Enhance and streamline contract processes, with a particular focus on contract generation and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and usage of Conga CPQ and CLM systems.
- Track and manage the entire contract lifecycle, including renewals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- 5+ years of experience in contract operations or related functions.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills within Salesforce and Conga environments.
- Proven ability to analyze and improve processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and translate technical issues into actionable solutions.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
