- Assist with the inspection, maintenance, and repair of sports facility equipment including bleachers, basketball goals, and gymnasium systems
- Operate equipment such as lifts, lulls, aerial platforms, and dingos
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues on job sites
- Track jobsite tool maintenance and coordinate equipment rental call-offs
- Maintain accurate daily records of time and job hours
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to company standards
- Perform physical labor, including lifting 25-75 lbs throughout the workday
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, service work, or as a technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- General construction knowledge required
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Comfortable traveling daily with occasional overnight stays
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Electrical knowledge is a plus
- Must be eligible to work in and around elementary, middle, and high schools
