- Executive Assistant Duties
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives
- Assist with presentation creation and document preparation
- Office Management Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management
- Serve as the point of contact for visitors and ensure a welcoming office environment
- Manage logistics for team events, meetings, and office-wide communications
- Support onboarding of new employees and coordinate workspace setup
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols
- 3+ years of experience as an EA, Office Manager, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with integrity
- Experience in a tech or startup environment preferred
- Duration: 6 months contract
- Compensation: $30-35/Hr
- Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid)
