Mirbeau Inn & Spa is seeking Dining Assistants to join our front of house team. The Dining Assistants will be reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager and Director. The ideal candidate will have daytime weekday availability. The essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Promptly greet guests as they are seated and bring water to table
  • Clear tables after guests leave. Take dishware to the dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing
  • Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests to server immediately
  • Communicate with server and hostess to assure efficient seating, table utilization and guest service
  • Reset tables promptly and correctly
  • Communicate with the hostess to ensure that all guest needs are being met
  • Show flexibility in terms of your schedule to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the dining room manager or immediate supervisor
  • Maintain a high level of personal cleanliness
  • Be a team player; help fellow employees when possible
  • Participate in any other job-related duties assigned by F&B Manager
