Are you ready to take full ownership of the financial operations for a growing, mission-driven company?We are a rapidly expanding Home Instead franchise enterprise, and we’re looking for a Business Manager to oversee our financial systems and ensure accuracy, compliance, and stability across six (and growing!) locations.What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of the books: general ledger, A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and monthly close.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and licensure requirements.
- Standardize financial processes across multiple offices.
- Partner directly with the CEO and VP of Operations to support business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience (full-charge or equivalent).
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks, ADP Workforce Now, and Excel.
- Proven track record of managing financials for multi-entity or multi-location businesses.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Healthcare, senior care, or franchise experience a plus.
