Your Impact:
  • Execute activities for prospecting, lead generation, and create interest in SolarWinds products for existing customers
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the SolarWinds value proposition
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail, and assist potential customers during the product evaluation process
  • Manage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within Salesforce for handover to Sales Reps
  • Submit accurate and timely Pipe create commits on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Conduct short first-touch 5-minute online product demonstrations to potential customer audiences that are both technical and non-technical
  • Work closely with the internal sales team based in Berlin to ensure a smooth handover
  • Provide market feedback to include customer priorities and needs
  • Engage in “social selling”. The candidate must be proficient in social media and thrive on creating new, unique content. This includes being comfortable being in front of a camera.
Your Experience:
  • 1-2 Years Lead qualification/ SDR or Sales Experience
  • Passion for creating interest in Prospects to learn more about SolarWinds Products
  • Enthusiastic and “self-starter” approach
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Language preference (specificity is provided depending on the country being supported)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Exchange, PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
