
Sales Development Representative

- Execute activities for prospecting, lead generation, and create interest in SolarWinds products for existing customers
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the SolarWinds value proposition
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail, and assist potential customers during the product evaluation process
- Manage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within Salesforce for handover to Sales Reps
- Submit accurate and timely Pipe create commits on a weekly and monthly basis
- Conduct short first-touch 5-minute online product demonstrations to potential customer audiences that are both technical and non-technical
- Work closely with the internal sales team based in Berlin to ensure a smooth handover
- Provide market feedback to include customer priorities and needs
- Engage in “social selling”. The candidate must be proficient in social media and thrive on creating new, unique content. This includes being comfortable being in front of a camera.
- 1-2 Years Lead qualification/ SDR or Sales Experience
- Passion for creating interest in Prospects to learn more about SolarWinds Products
- Enthusiastic and “self-starter” approach
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Language preference (specificity is provided depending on the country being supported)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Exchange, PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
- Proficiency with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
