- Assist in representing employees in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination cases
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Participate in client meetings, depositions, and court appearances under senior attorney supervision
- Support trial preparation and, when appropriate, contribute to trial or settlement proceedings
- Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented, in-office setting
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar (or eligibility for admission)
- 2-3 years of experience in employment law preferred
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrated interest in labor and employment law
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Base Salary: $125,000 – $175,000 annually, commensurate with experience
- Bonuses: Additional compensation potential based on case outcomes (e.g., favorable settlements or verdicts)
