This is a hands-on opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to take ownership of large-scale multifamily projects in Arlington and Alexandria, VA, valued at $50M-$175M. The role is ideal for an ambitious construction professional eager to grow in a collaborative, on-site environment while contributing to transformative projects in Northern Virginia.We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join a leading general contractor with major projects in Arlington and Alexandria, VA. The APM will support the full lifecycle of large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments, working directly on-site and collaborating closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
