  • Pay Range: Average annual compensation ranges between $65,000 to $105,000 per year.

$2,000 hiring bonus for qualified candidatesJob Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and listen attentively to their vehicle concerns and needs.
  • Manage and prepare for service appointments and ensure accurate documentation of customer information.
  • Provide clear estimates of repair and service costs based on customer needs.
  • Advise customers on necessary repairs, routine maintenance, and product recommendations.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Manage appointment follow-up communication with customers on vehicle status.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring a professional environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Sets and achieves targeted sales goals.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Position Information:This is a full-time, exempt-status position. Your typical schedule will be Monday – Friday, with rotating Saturdays.Why Join Us?
