Collaboration with internal and external forecasting teams to provide guidance for planning purposes -- this includes leading supply chain and demand planning meetings and ensuring inventory on hand/on order is in line with needs Developing and executing profitable promotional strategies and tracking/reporting results post event Managing expenses as it relates to Co-op, Operations, Chargebacks and ensuring spend rates remain within budget Coordinate with Lowe's Merchandising Service Team to ensure optimal in-store execution, including Planogram (POG) compliance, promotional activity and display execution Communicate the strategic initiatives of account to internal Marketing, E-commerce and Product Management teams to align on key customer initiatives Support internal teams in the completion of item setup and maintenance in retailer platforms including cost changes when necessary Obtaining, interpreting, and utilizing available data (including but not limited to, Account POS (IRI/Retailer Specific), Shopper Insights, etc. to monitor, track and proactively address item performance Lead, coach and develop (1) direct report (i.e. Account Operations Manager) Bachelor's Degree required; concentration in business or related field preferred 5-7 years of Sales, Account Management, Merchandising and/or Retail Category Management experience is required, ideally in electrical or building products 2 years of experience in premium brand national account management calling on 'big box' retailers including Lowe's, The Home Depot, Walmart, Target, among others is required Full driver's license with good driving record is required Must reside within Charlotte, NC/Mooresville, NC metro area Ability to work within highly matrixed organizations and cross functional teams to achieve results Proven ability to positively influence buyers and management level decision makers to achieve customer business plans Strong proven track record of budget/financial target delivery Demonstrate competency with internal and syndicated systems, data and content organization to support the needs of sales management Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $xxx-xxx Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
