- Assist in managing the operation of private school registration including assigning school codes and corresponding with private school administrators regarding the procedure for opening a private school, the registration process, and submitting the annual survey
- Provide customer service by answering calls and prepare written correspondence to private schools and the general public regarding private school registration, accreditation, closures and the location of records and transcripts
- Scan documents related to private schools, converting them to searchable text and maintaining files
- Route documents received to appropriate staff members
- Assist with record archiving process
- Perform related duties as required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively including verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Preference will be given to applicants with at least one year of previous part-time or full-time employment in an office setting.
- An associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university may substitute for two years of experience.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university may substitute for three years of experience.
