- Consulting with AprilAire dealers to position their businesses for success
- Providing tailored product and system solutions to HVAC dealerships
- Displaying an exceptional degree of accountability for sales by cold calling and collaborating with customers on their needs
- Working collaboratively with AprilAire distribution managers in securing distributor orders with dealers
- Developing and leading an Annual Operating Plan to support your sales goals and allows you to plan for your month-to-month future
- Tracking, updating, and reporting metrics on sales progress, activity, and customer accounts
- Supporting clients and developing long lasting relationships
- Updating our CRM (Goldmine) and identifying accounts offering the greatest opportunities
- Experience in B2B sales, selling a tangible product
- Exposure and knowledge of the HVAC industry (including in non-sales roles), as well as prior Territory Sales experience, is ideal
- Ability to develop long lasting relationships with customers and provide passionate customer service
- Self-motivated and forward thinking

- Ability to grow and manage your territory
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred but not required
- 2 years’ experience or more in progressive sales roles
- Ability to travel within your territory up to 40% (Eastern portions of North and South Carolina)
